Nexus Hub Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Nexus Hub (the "Platform") is operated by Nexus Creative LLC, doing business as Nexus Creative Studio ("Nexus," "we," or "us"). This page explains how you can remove the Platform's access to your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, and WhatsApp accounts, and how you can ask us to delete data we obtained from those services or any other personal information we hold about you.
For more detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can request deletion
- Users of the Platform (people with a Nexus Hub account) can request deletion of their account and personal information.
- Businesses that use the Platform ("Customers") can request deletion of their workspace, of data obtained from any connected service, or of specific records.
- Any person whose information reached the Platform through Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, or WhatsApp (for example, someone who filled out a business's lead form or sent a message to a business) can request deletion. Because that information belongs to the business you contacted, we will coordinate with that business, as explained in Section 5.
2. Option 1: Disconnect an integration inside the Platform
If you are the owner of a workspace (or a User who connected a personal account, such as a calendar):
- Sign in to Nexus Hub at hub.nexusforyou.com.
- Open Settings > Connections (Configurações > Conexões in the Portuguese interface).
- Choose the integration (Google, Meta, or WhatsApp) and select Disconnect.
What happens when you disconnect:
- Access tokens are deleted immediately. For Google, we also revoke the token with Google, so the access cannot be used again.
- Collection stops immediately. We no longer receive new data from that service.
- Information shown in real time is not stored, so it is no longer available once you disconnect. This includes Google Ads and Google Analytics reports, Google Calendar events, and Local Services Ads call recordings.
- Records already saved in your workspace (for example, leads, contacts, and conversation history that came from the service) remain part of your business records so you do not lose your customer history. If you want those records deleted as well, delete them in the Platform or send us a deletion request (Option 3), and we will delete them within 30 days.
- WhatsApp: disconnecting ends the linked-device session for your number. Your messages remain on your phone in WhatsApp.
3. Option 2: Remove access from the service itself
You can also remove Nexus Hub's access directly in each service at any time:
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), select Nexus Hub, and choose Remove.
- Instagram: go to Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, select Nexus Hub, and choose Remove.
- Threads: open your Threads account settings, go to the app and website permissions, and remove Nexus Hub.
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Nexus Hub, and choose Delete all connections (or Remove access).
- WhatsApp: on your phone, open WhatsApp > Settings > Linked devices, select the Nexus Hub device, and choose Log out.
Removing access this way stops Nexus Hub from receiving new data. To also delete data we already stored, send us a request as described in Option 3.
4. Option 3: Request deletion by email
Send an email to help@nexusforyou.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name and the email address you use with Nexus Hub (if you have an account).
- The business or workspace involved, if any.
- The service the data came from (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, or WhatsApp) and the account involved, such as the Facebook Page, Instagram username, Google account email, or WhatsApp phone number.
- What you want deleted: your entire account, all data from a specific service, or specific records.
Verification. To protect your information, we will confirm your identity before deleting anything, usually by replying to the email address associated with the account or by asking you to confirm control of the connected account or phone number. We will not ask for your passwords.
Timeline.
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and give you a reference number.
- We will complete the deletion within 30 days after verifying the request, and send you a confirmation by email.
- Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days, after which it is permanently overwritten. Backups are not used for any other purpose during that time.
5. If a business stored your information
If you contacted a business that uses Nexus Hub (for example, through a Facebook lead form, an Instagram or Messenger message, a Google Local Services Ads lead, or WhatsApp), that business decides how your information is used, and Nexus processes it on the business's behalf.
You can ask that business directly to delete your information. You can also write to us: we will identify the business, forward your request to it within 5 business days, and help it complete the deletion. If the business does not respond or we cannot identify it, we will tell you and handle the request as required by law and by the policies of Meta and Google.
6. What we delete and what we may keep
We delete: your account and profile information; access tokens for any connected service; data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, and WhatsApp for the accounts in your request; and the related contacts, leads, conversations, media, and files in the Platform.
We may keep, only as long as necessary:
- Information we are required to keep by law, such as invoices, contracts, and tax and accounting records about our own business relationship with a Customer.
- Records needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.
- A minimal record that the deletion request was received and completed, so we can demonstrate compliance.
- Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer identify you.
